S'ry dude , i didn't think that .
Well , Gordon Brown has resigned !
Gordon Brown, the politician ?
Yep . But i'm not sure .
The last time i saw him , it was in BBC & he was leaving the Westminister after his defeat of the parlementary elections .
Now the Prime Minister is David Cameron !
Anyway, to come to end.
This topic is a very good idea.
Does everyone know any sites in which we can watch VO streaming with english subtitles ? Not in french because it's not efficient: we always read instead of watching.
Shit, it's not everyone but anyone, sorry.
I think that the Deadman93's method, which is to play videogames in english, is a good idea
I think that ,after the BAC, I'll play MGS Peace Walker (PSP) in English
I'm disagree with you. Because, we can see, for example Dr House with french suntitles, for learn English. It's my english teacher say it me.
Yesterday I have watched The Dark Knight in English, with subtitles in English.
But everyday, when i go back from school i watch an Episode of Dr House in Vostfr.
(Si vous voyez des fautes n'hésitez pas )
A lot of mistakes there :/
Ok. if you want learn English little bit better, instead of watch Dr House in Vostfr, you should watch it in english subtitles.
(moi aussi je fais surement des fautes^^)
As far as I am concerned, seeing Dr House is not the best idea to improuve english. This serie has a lot of technical words and therefore very unusual vocabulary.
Dixit my english teacher. :amour:
"I'm disagree with you. Because, we can see, for example Dr House with french suntitles, for learn English. It's my english teacher say it me."
- I disagree with you.
- to learn or for learning, there are two possibilities I think
- who say it to me
"Ok. if you want learn English little bit better, instead of watch Dr House in Vostfr, you should watch it in english subtitles."
- instead + ING
- want to + BV
"best idea to improuve"
Cela m'étonnerait que le "improuve" soit dixit aussi .
Thanks very much cathay.
So good, I love it !
I do think House MD is a great series to watch if you want to learn english, sure there are some technical words but you don't have to pay attention to them (you don't care about them in French either, btw) and there are definitely a lot of useful words you can use in your daily life ;)
