yeah in some country people learn english because it's their culture. A portuguese friend told me, as a child, he had cartonns in english. I went to the netherlands once, they have a lot of things in english. In france it's freaking impossible, whenever an english thing come, everyone's crying about "keeping the french culture", meanwhile, here's the english lvl in france ... pathetic

Simplement :d) The french lvl in english is pretty bad because, you can't "learn" english, you need to listen, read, speak it.

"A lot of things", "a lot" means many
