The banks problem
If we do not stop the control of the money by the banker, it will have a problem. A lot of power are in the money, never forget it.
The bank's first goal should not to making money, but it should to give credit to population for buy thing for himself first, and at the end for liberate private economist (all the society benefit).
So if the banks are private, the first goal is (probably) making money because of the private goal. Of such kind publics banks is more appropriate because with the money they make, the gouvernement use it for services or for decrease taxes.
In an other order of idea, the fusion of banks in America to less than 100 in total is a good idea. However, the gouvernement (Senate, Common chamber and the President) as to write a law who can capture the bank. This law will be tought to be adopted because of the influence of the bankers, and they are corruption and influence in the higher floors of the Senat (gouvernor) and probably too in the Common chamber. However, it will be tough if news use propaganda, but in this war we can use propaganda and at the end of the day, like 99% of the people will be agree for the law. So, if it's really a democraty, the law will be pass. If not, it's a oligarchy.
Take intensive grammar courses, ASAP.

Please don't take the following remark personally.
I've read short texts done by autistic and mildly retarded people that were more elegantly written than your post. I don't want to sound hysterical, but you've got a problem, and a major one at that. It's not too late though, for you still can improve yourself but, as I see it, you'll need to work pretty damn hard for that to happen.
Best of luck. You'll need it.
Laurent, don't you read articles in English at your university in your program?!
Maybe I'm wrong...still, you gotta take lessons and work your english. A lot.
That feel when Jean-François and I are thinking alike for once.

He doesn't seem to have assimilated a single bit of English literature. His grammatical skills are so poor, it would greatly surprise me if he told us he read anything beyond the complexity of a toddler's school manual.
Indeed. The last paragraph he wrote was impossible to understand.
I wonder how he managed to get his DEC. Two English classes are mandatory.
