bonjourd quand je lance le jeu sa devient un écran noir puis apres retour sur le bureau quelqu'un pourrais m'aider svp

Bonjours j'ai un max probléme aider moi svp

j'ai télécharger tous ca mais quand j'appuie sur l'icone pour que ca ouvre le luncher ca me marque "unable to read the patch information" svp aider moi

et apres je click start sa me marque "unable to open the patch site" svp aider moi
